Step inside a giant laboratory and come face-to-face with small sea creatures, learn to program a robot and explore the limits of outer space when you visit TELUS World of Science – Edmonton. With fun and exciting permanent exhibit galleries to explore (as well as featured exhibits on rotation), there is something for the whole family to discover. The centre has also recently undergone a massive renovation - meaning there's even more to see and do!

Visitors can explore the new Health Zone in the Allard Family Gallery. Here, guests will be placed at the centre of their own health stories. Through hands-on experiences and experiments they can test their flexibility and leg power, plus see and hear their heartbeat, look at their own veins or grab a lab coat and do a DNA extraction in the LAB (Learning about Biology).

The newly renovated Galaxy Gift Shop will engage your inner scientist with science-inspired gifts, gadgets, games, books, eco-gifts, mementos, jewellery, educational and science toys, 'Do-It-Yourself Science Kits' (created by TELUS World of Science) and an array of other curiosities and collectibles. Alongside science-inspired products the Gift Shop supports local and Indigenous artisans, featuring products from JACEK Chocolate Couture (Sherwood Park), Crystal Driedger Studios (Sherwood Park) and more.

Get hands on inside The Science Garage, as you flex your creative muscles to design, build and create! Next, meet Doc the Yellowfin Surgeonfish inside the Syncrude Environment Gallery or create lightning and tornadoes when you learn about weather systems. CuriousCITY is a tactile adventure for children 8-years-old and younger. They will have fun and learn through activity and role play, as they crawl through the River Valley to discover fossils and get to know local animals, or climb the Fort Edmonton Park tree house to examine pelts and pretend to prepare a meal. Children’s imaginations will kick into overdrive when they pilot the EIA Airplane or command the YEG Control Tower. They will be delighted as they splash around at a Water Exploration Zone or explore several iconic Edmonton landmarks and attractions, such as the Muttart Conservatory, the Queen Elizabeth Planetarium, and the High Level Bridge.

The adventure continues when you step inside the S.P.A.C.E. Gallery and interact with exciting exhibits, from firing rockets and driving a Mars rover, to laying eyes upon a real-life Moon rock.

Plan your visit around DARK MATTERS 18+ events, where the science is served on the rocks & the adults come out to play. Music, a bar, exclusive access to all of the permanent galleries and grown-up science experiments are just a few of the highlights.
