On Friday, December 8, the New Moon Folk Club will be presenting John Hewitt and Amy Bishop for a performance at St. Basil's Cultural Centre.

John Hewitt is a singer/songwriter, multi-instrumentalist, producer and filmmaker based out of Edmonton. With three releases under his belt since March 2020 he’s on tour while working on a solo record ​“Life Blood & tears” and a follow up full band record ​“Chaos & Conversation”.

Hailing from Calgary, Amy Bishop is a creator of beautiful, vibrant, and touching music. Bishop has wowed Canada with her appearance on CTV “The Launch” in 2018, then later performed at the Canadian Screen Awards in Toronto in 2019. She has collaborated with Moby, and opened for April Wine, Farmer’s Daughter, and Chris Cummings.
