The Alberta Aviation Museum is hosting a special event for the Celebration of Women of Aviation Worldwide Week that celebrates women in the aviation industry. Head on over and pretend to be a pilot in a flight simulator, explore the interactive children's stations, stroll through time on an aviation tour, or attend a special showcase on "object handling" with never-before-seen artifacts, including flight attendant uniforms of the 1960s-1990s and RCAF uniforms from the 1940s-1950s.
With the Royal Canadian Air Force celebrating 100 years, this event will be one to remember!
