Two unique experiences await you at Elk Island National Park: snowshoeing and stargazing! The evening begins with a short guided hike on snowshoes around the shore of Astotin Lake. A campfire will then give you a chance to rest and grab some refreshments, while you gaze up and stare into the starry night sky at the Beaver Hills Dark Sky Preserve. After learning about the constellations, strap your snowshoes back on for the short hike back to the Astotin Lake Recreation Area.
