As one of Canada’s most impressive indoor recreation facilities, the Saville Community Sports Centre is home to numerous national training centres, nationally renowned sport programs, and highly competitive performance teams. Operated by the University of Alberta, it includes 12 hardwood gymnasiums, lined for basketball, volleyball and badminton, as well as a state-of-the-art fitness centre, eight championship-level indoor and nine outdoor tennis courts, 10 sheets of championship-level curling ice, an artificial turf field, meeting rooms, fitness studios, a pro-shop, and a lounge and bar.
