Media Visit Request Form

We are here to help with information and image support, b-roll, and itineraries for travel media. If you would like to request assistance for your media visit, please fill out a Media Visit Request Form.

Please note, each media request is evaluated on an individual basis. To qualify for assistance from Explore Edmonton, media must fulfill the following requirements:

• All media need to produce a letter of assignment or have a proven track record for producing coverage.
• The Media Visit Request Form must be thoroughly completed at least two weeks in advance prior to assistance being offered.
• Resulting coverage should make mention of exploreedmonton.com where applicable.

By submitting this Travel Media Visit Request Form, the party listed below agrees to provide Explore Edmonton with a copy of any publicity resulting from the following visit to the Edmonton region.
