Leopard
Leopard is a bar and pizzeria located in Glenora’s Westblock development. Leopard’s pizza is made using sourdough that is slow fermented over three days before firing in a handmade brick oven. The name Leopard pays homage to the delicious ‘leoparding’ that appears on the crust during the bake. The Leopard bar features a rotating selection of draught beer from Alberta’s best craft breweries, housemade cocktails on tap, and a wine list curated to pair perfectly with pizza. For dessert, Leopard features made from scratch soft serve ice cream. The Tonka bean soft serve with Olive Oil and Sea Salt is a must-try!
