The pair have been in the restaurant industry together for over 25 years, and as proud Edmontonians, they wished to create a space that reflects their shared passion for Italian food, culture, and hospitality. Bianco’s menus feature old-school Italian classics with a contemporary twist; hand-made pasta, wood fired pizzas, and a carefully crafted wine lists are amongst many of its specialties.
