Alley Kat Brewing is Edmonton’s original craft brewery (and the fourth in Alberta), brewing with unmatched quality, flavour, and innovation since 1995. They brew the way beer was meant to be brewed, using four main ingredients – water, malt, hops, and yeast – to produce exceptional, flavourful, high-quality craft beer! They are and have always been locally owned and believe in supporting other local producers of high-quality products. Their six main brews are available year-round: Aprikat Apricot Ale, Scona Gold Kölsch, Fish Bone New England IPA, Main Squeeze Grapefruit Ale, Full Moon Pale Ale, and Buena Vista Brown Ale. They also brew seasonal beers and two rotating series: Back Alley Brews & Dragon Double IPA Series.
