About Our EDI Council
At Explore Edmonton, our commitment to Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI) goes beyond words—it's driven by action. To ensure we are making a meaningful impact, we've established an employee-led EDI Council dedicated to fostering a more inclusive and equitable workplace.
Our EDI Council is composed of passionate volunteers from across the organization who generously dedicate their time and energy to advance our EDI initiatives. These council members work collaboratively to develop and implement strategies and action plans that align with our core values, driving positive change within Explore Edmonton. By championing these efforts, our EDI Council helps us create a more inclusive workplace and, ultimately, a more welcoming Edmonton.
