Edmonton Edventure Days Contest
This contest aims to get Edmontonians out to partner locations by encouraging people to enter this contest with physical ballot entry. Ballots are accepted at participating partner locations during their normal business hours May 26-28, some partners may choose to not have a ballot box due to logistics (i.e. mobile business). If your ballot box becomes full, please empty it into another container for confidential safe keeping. An Explore Edmonton representative will retrieve all collateral the following week and a winner will be drawn.

Contest begins at 12:00am MST on May 26, 2023. Contest entries will be accepted until 11:59pm MST on May 28, 2023. The contest is open to Alberta residents only.
How do I enter the Contest?
To enter, you must fill out a ballot at participating partner locations listed on https://exploreedmonton.com/ed... which also sets forth a description of the prize. Ballots must be dropped off at participating partner locations during hours of operation that are displayed on partner websites.
You must include your name, phone number, email address, and postal code. This information will only be used to contact the winner. By providing an email address, it will be deemed to be made by the authorized email account holder at time of entry. "Authorized account holder" is deemed as the natural person who is assigned to an email address. Anyone found to use multiple email accounts to enter will be ineligible. There is a maximum of one entry per person during the contest period. No responsibility is assumed by Explore Edmonton for any computer, online telephone or technical malfunctions that may occur in the processing, transmission or receipt of entries. Contestants may also opt into an Explore Edmonton consumer newsletter and the Downtown Business Association newsletter.
Employees, officers and directors of Explore Edmonton, any Contest sponsor or suppliers, their respective affiliates or representatives, and those with whom the foregoing individuals reside, are not eligible to participate in this Contest.
How is a winner chosen?
Contestants who enter will have their names entered into a random draw to win the prize. There will be one random winner drawn on Tuesday, May 30, 2023. The winner will be contacted after the draw dates notifying them of their win and details on how to collect their prize. If the winner does not confirm that they accept the prize within one week of notification, a new winner will be chosen.
In order to be eligible to win, contestants must:
- Be 18 years of age or over
- Must be a resident of Alberta'
- Have government-issued ID
Chances of winning are dependent on the number of entries received. The total approximate retail value of the Edmonton Edventure Days contest prize is $570.
The prize must be accepted as awarded and may not be transferred or exchanged absent the consent of the Contest sponsors, which consent may be withheld in their absolute discretion. The contest prize cannot be exchanged for cash. The Contest prize may not be exactly as advertised. The Contest sponsors reserve the right, in their absolute discretion, to substitute a prize of equal or greater value in the event of the unavailability, for whatever the reason, of the advertised prize in whole or in part.
