No purchase necessary. Entries will be accepted from 9:30am MST on July 30, 2024, until 4:00pm MST on August 2, 2024. The winners will be drawn on August 2 at 4:30pm MST. The three available contest prizes are as follows:
- Two (2) tickets to the Hlinka Gretzky Cup for August 9 & 10 (approximate total value: $443.00 CAD)
- Two (2) night stay at one of Edmonton's Best Hotels on August 9 & 10 (approximate total value: $765.40 CAD)
- One (1) $225 prepaid Mastercard (total value: $225.00)
The total value of the prize is approximately $1433.40 CAD

How is a winner chosen?
Contestants who enter will have their names entered into a random draw to win the prize. There will be one random winner drawn on August 2, 2024, at 4:30pm MST.
The winner will be contacted on the draw date notifying them of their win and details on how to collect their prize. The winner will ONLY be contacted by the aforementioned Instagram account (@ExploreEdmonton), and we will never ask for your banking information. If the winner does not confirm that they accept the prize within 12 hours of notification, a new winner will be chosen.
In order to be eligible to win, contestants must:
- Be 18 years of age or over
- Have government-issued ID
- Answer the following skill-testing question: name the capital of Alberta
Chances of winning are dependent on the number of entries received.
