About the Designers
When we first came up with the vision for our #ExploreEdmonton signs, we asked our friends at Make Something Edmonton for help. They connected us with ONETWOSIX Design, an industrial design company that started in a garage (on 126 Street, hence the name) with one goal in mind—design better products.
Founded by Nick Kazakoff and Brendan Gallagher, ONETWOSIX Design uses prototyping and out-of-the-box thinking to help them stand out from the crowd. Brendan’s your go-to 3D printing guy. He’s designed surgical tools and prosthetics for a local hospital. Nick has designed large scale products for the heavy equipment manufacturing world. They combined their big and small design expertise to form ONETWOSIX Design, now developing everything from physical products to digital experiences. To them, design is not just the shiny finished result, but the journey of getting there. But we do have to say, the shiny finished result is pretty cool, isn’t it?
Check out their website www.onetwosix.design for more info and to be mesmerized by their website’s animations.
