We’ve all heard of travelling through time on a time machine. But have you ever heard of doing it on snowshoes? Well, now’s your chance. Let Fort Edmonton Park’s interpreters guide you back in time while you snowshoe by moonlight along Edmonton’s awesome River Valley loop. You’ll be following the tracks of voyageurs in centuries past and exploring the 1846 Fort to discover what an early settler’s life was all about. Sitting around the fire with hot apple cider may just make you want to stay back there!
Snowshoe Through Time is on select evenings throughout January and February. Check their website for particular dates.
