Culinary Labs is a four-part series in which chefs don lab coats and perform experiments with food, turning their kitchens into laboratories that produce radically new dishes to benefit the taste buds of all humankind.
The second event in this Edmonton food experience happens on August 26, in celebration of Canada’s 150th birthday. We have invited five Canadian chefs to come together on one of downtown Edmonton’s roof-top terraces, to cook never-before-seen or tasted dishes. Sitting with 150 friends, new and familiar, you’ll commemorate this momentous year in an unforgettable way — with incredible chefs, delectable food, and live music that’ll make your foot tap.
What’s on the menu? It’s a surprise! Each dinner will feature five courses and three carefully selected wine pairings. The chefs will take the flavours from their respective cities and use their culinary skills to create a dining experience that will be a feast for all your senses. Want to be a guest? You can choose the chef. Every choice is a good one.
