Located in the beautiful Prince of Wales Armouries within minutes of downtown and the new arena, the Telephone Historical Centre is an interactive museum that preserves and displays the history of telecommunications from Alexander Graham Bell to cell phones. Visitors can take a guided or self-guided tour where they can try their hand at being a telephone switchboard operator, use a rotary dial telephone and more. They can also see a short film which documents the history of the telephone in Edmonton!
